How far is the beach and the airport?

The condo is minutes from Bucerías beach, close to cafés, restaurants and large supermarkets, and about 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

Is the community safe?

Matiari Parque Residencial is a gated community with 24/7 private security and access control. The condo also has a smart digital lock and an in-room safe.
